XiltriX
The operational resilience system for mission critical environments

Nothing left
to chance.

Operational Assurance: continuous sight of the conditions your work depends on and the proof that they held.

Since 1987, not one client has lost irreplaceable material because our monitoring failed.

The weight you carry

You are the one who answers for what happens overnight.

Embryos. Blood products. Cell therapies. Decades of research. When a freezer drifts at 3 a.m., the consequences are not technical. They are human, and they land on your desk. Most monitoring makes that worse. False alarms. Dashboards nobody watches. And a quiet fear that something slipped through.

"A false alarm feels harmless. But by the second one, your team stops rushing. By the third, they stop looking. And that is exactly when something real happens."
What we hear from lab directors in IVF clinics, blood banks and biobanks alike.

Why the watch never goes dark

Five pillars that carry the operational load, so your team does not have to.

Authority earned by serving. Every pillar exists because something irreplaceable depends on it.

Zero incidents, proven over time

Nearly 40 years without a loss.

Since 1987, not one client has lost irreplaceable material on our watch. The proof is the record, not the promise.

A watch that never goes dark

Manned 24/7, escalated until acknowledged.

The monitoring itself is manned around the clock. Alerts cascade automatically across app, WhatsApp, SMS and phone until someone owns the response, through power or network failure. Warning thresholds sit alongside alarm thresholds, so there is time to act before anything goes wrong. Data is buffered for days if a connection drops, so no measurement is ever missing from the record.

One chain, one team

We design the sensors, the substations and the software.

When something fires, even a false alarm, one team that knows the whole chain finds the cause. No finger-pointing. Open at the edges, connect any sensor, Witness and EMR.

Built by scientists who know your work

Domain expertise in chemistry and molecular biology.

We understand why an embryo, a blood unit, a cell therapy or a radiopharmaceutical dose is irreplaceable. So we watch what truly matters, and cut the noise that causes alarm fatigue. You look at the freezer, not at a sensor number. And when equipment does not hold the stability its supplier promised, our data is what lets you prove it.

Full-service partner

Installation to audit. We carry the operational load.

Installation, calibration, updates and GxP compliance support. We carry the operational load, so your IT and QA teams do not have to. Unlimited users and entities, every site on one contract, and around 75 percent less time spent on installation, service and maintenance. Includes the provable, unalterable record that lets a release hold and an audit pass.

A service, not a dashboard

What happens the moment a value drifts.

Software alone sends a notification and hopes. The watch is manned around the clock. When the monitoring itself falters, we are alerted and we restore it, often before you notice.

Continuous

Monitor

Every critical parameter, measured by our own independent sensors, not your equipment's built-in electronics.

Seconds

Detect

Deviations are detected and validated in real time, filtering out the noise that causes alarm fatigue.

Minutes

Call

Alerts cascade across every path you configure: app, WhatsApp, SMS, email and phone.

Until resolved

Escalate

No acknowledgement? The chain keeps escalating, up the list and around the clock, until someone owns it.

Always

Document

Every event, response and value is logged automatically. Your audit trail writes itself.

The other half of the risk

Nothing went wrong. That still has to be proven.

Not every risk announces itself as a loss. In hospital pharmacies, ATMP suites and accredited laboratories, the risk is that a process may not begin, a release will not hold, or an audit finding stops the work. Conditions have to be right, and they have to be provable.

Before the process starts

Continuous evidence that the environment met specification, so a batch, a treatment or a study can begin without a manual check first.

When the release is questioned

An unalterable record, GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail, standard reporting. The answer exists before the question is asked.

When the auditor arrives

Audit preparation that takes an afternoon instead of a fortnight, because the documentation wrote itself as you worked.

Two risks, one watch. Whether your work can never be lost or can never be doubted, the requirement is the same: conditions that hold, and proof that they did.

On our watch

The people who sleep better because of it.

The night a freezer failed, XiltriX made sure our alarm cascading worked flawlessly. Nothing was lost. That is the whole reason we picked them.

Technical white paper

No single point of failure: the XiltriX architecture.

Written for lab engineers and quality managers who want proof, not promises. Inside:

  • Independent sensor architecture, and why your equipment's own alarms are not enough.
  • Redundant communication paths: LAN, Wi-Fi and 4G with automatic fallback.
  • Real-time messaging over LTE-M, and why throttled IoT networks such as LoRaWAN can delay an alert by minutes.
  • Power-failure behaviour, battery autonomy and self-diagnosis.
  • How the 24/7 human escalation chain is organised and guaranteed.
  • GxP compliance and audit-preparation checklist per vertical.

Vertical-specific guides remain behind a short email form on the resources page.

How it comes together

One portfolio, three layers, one point of accountability.

Infrastructure

Our own sensors, substations and connectivity. Designed, built and owned by us, so there is no gap between the parts.

Intelligence

The resilience platform: monitoring, dashboards, alarm management, incident reporting, compliance reporting and analytics.

Care

24/7 monitoring, installation and commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance and consultancy. Plus XiltriX Academy for your team.

One agreement. One accountable team. No layer works without the others.

From the day we start, nothing is left to chance.

In 30 minutes we map the risks in your lab and show you exactly how XiltriX would guard them. No obligation. Just certainty about where you stand.
